Shipping and Returns
Shipping
We ship from Hawaii via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Processing Time: Most orders are packaged and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. During peak periods (October and December), processing may take a few days longer - we'll communicate any delays.

Holiday Shipping Cutoffs: During the December season, we publish safe-order deadlines in our Stories and on site. Orders placed after those dates may not arrive by Christmas. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has left our hands.
Lost or Delayed Packages: Once we hand a package to USPS and provide you with a tracking number, the shipment is in the carrier's hands. We'll do our best to help you resolve any issues, but we cannot be held responsible for carrier delays, lost packages after confirmed delivery, or packages lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Returns, Refunds & Damages
Because every Tesseract Gems piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of damage during shipping.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at tesseractgems@protonmail.com with:

A photo of the damaged item
A photo of the packaging
We review damage claims on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the situation, we may offer a repair, partial refund, or full refund at our discretion. We reserve the right to request that the damaged item be returned before issuing a resolution.
We are not responsible for:
Damage caused after delivery
Items lost due to an incorrect shipping address you provided
Natural variation in handmade pieces (slight color differences, organic pearl shapes, etc.)
