Shipping

We ship from Hawaii via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Processing Time: Most orders are packaged and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. During peak periods (October and December), processing may take a few days longer. I will communicate any delays.

Shipping Estimates (approximate, not guaranteed):

Hawaii (local): 1–3 business days
Continental US (standard): 5–10 business days
Continental US (priority): 2–4 business days
International: I don't ship internationally yet

Holiday Shipping Cutoffs: During the December season, we publish safe order deadlines in our Stories and on site. Orders placed after those dates may not arrive by Christmas. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has left our hands.

Lost or Delayed Packages: Once we hand a package to USPS and provide you with a tracking number, the shipment is in the carrier's hands. We'll do our best to help you resolve any issues, but we cannot be held responsible for carrier delays, lost packages after confirmed delivery, or packages lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
